Audio is good. Sometimes I get a message the “Internet is unstable”. I have connected ethernet cable to router port and turned off my WiFi, but same results. I’m not super-proficient on router setup, so wondering if there are some basic settings that I could change. Other video call services haven’t had this issue. It sounds like you are doing all of the “reasonable” trial and error steps. And trying Wired versus Wi-Fi is another perspective. I too run Skype and Microsoft Teams and for both of those apps, the sending audio worked fine. So I was dubious that I truly had an “unstable internet” issue. It was only my Zoom app that was cutting off my sending audio.
This is my simple perspective. I ruled out firewall first If the same behaviour occured with or without using VPN, then it was not my firewall. These are some of the things that I did to “isolate” the issue and figure out that I had a conflict between Zoom and my Router. You might have a different conflict. For me, my sending audio worked just fine in Zoom via the web. And I stopped seeing the “internet unable” message. Of course, using the web version of Zoom limits your functionality so this is NOT a fix just a test to help isolate the problem.
Thus, Zoom web version works just fine and I did not have “unstable internet” issue. If my internet is good enough for Zoom web version than перейти на источник is likely that my internet is just fine for my Zoom client. So I stopped focusing on having a bandwidth issue and worrying about using wired versus wi-fi. Next, I reinstalled Zoom on my Windows machine. My sending audio immediately stopped working.

I have also tried with my company VPN on and I still had the problem. Since I can have both routers going at the same time, I think to save myself some headache I’ll just use both routers and stop trying to troubleshoot my Netgear router. Over the past 2 days, my zoom chromebook app from chrome webstore says my internet connection is unstable, but I have Fibe to my house and all the tests show very high speed. Up to now there have been no problems with zoom and this app.
As a result of this, sound cuts out and video freezes. I wonder if this relates to zoom discontinuing support for the this app? From what I am reading the progressive web app has a lot of probblems.
Zoom is the only platform that gives me problems. I have endless connection issues with Zoom when using a Chromebook. Zoom on a Chromebook is mostly not an option at this point. I also connect using a fiber network with mb download speeds.
Additionally, I disable all browser extensions. To no avail. I just can’t use a Chromebook to connect to a Zoom meeting. Perhaps they’ve recently updated the PWA with some fixes? I find I need to reboot the chromebook before starting a zoom session. Otherwise some user video starts to freeze or goes to black. I can hear people but I can’t see them. Rebooting seems to prevent this from happening. The internet connection really isn’t the problem.
It’s the interface that seems to have instability. Same issue here. The voice drops out, but the video continues, indicating that it’s not a bandwidth problem. I don’t have any issues using videoconferencing on other apps on ChromeOS, just Zoom. I really wish they’d fix this as the company I work for uses Zoom for all meetings. Zoom Community.
