The Zoom Cloud Recording Process is as easy as going into your Zoom account, selecting Recordings at the right place on the screen, and clicking Send. Click Share…. On the next screen, click Share…. Send Zoom cloud recordings as an email or as a message to colleagues to save them on their accounts. If a recording must be shared only with a certain audience, link the cloud recording on a social network. The Zoom cloud does not permit you to upload your own content.

Using a third-party cloud storage platform, such as Dropbox or Google Drive, you can, however, upload your local recording to the platform by providing your information on that document.

A link to get to the Cloud Recording is located below. Follow the instructions there. Share the recording you wish to share by clicking Share next to it. Then click Done to complete your copy sharing information. The sharing information including the Zoom Recording link can now be pasted wherever you like such as your created e-mail, message, e-Class, etc.

Sharing the webinar is as simple as clicking the share screen. You can select Video from the Advanced tab by clicking the link.

Choosing the video presentation you wish to share and clicking Open will launch the sharing page. Zoom will now allow all viewers to see the video. Opening Hours : Mon – Fri: 8am – 5pm. The Zoom client needs to be set up. Click Meetings. Click the Recorded tab. The recording can now be viewed for a specific meeting if you click Open a button on it to go.

You can access My Recordings by signing into your Zoom account via the web. Click Set Playback Range. The start and end times can be specified by choosing them from the sliders, then clicking Save. Click Share. Previous post. Next post. All rights reserved.

Recording a Zoom Meeting has lots of benefits for you and your audience. You can also repurpose recordings to create on-demand content for your website or intranet.

Once you have your recording, here are a few things you can do to get it into tip-top shape and share it with others. Remember, the longer the meeting, the larger the recording file. If you want to share with only a select audience, you can send a link to the cloud recording. All you need to do is copy and paste the link from the original email you received, or click the Share button on your recording management page for a sharable link. For local recordings, we recommend uploading your video file to a cloud file sharing service, like Dropbox, Box, or Google Drive, so you can easily share it.
